68. In the abstract I agree. It's why I self identify as ethnically American.

That said, tracking race does give us useful measures of social progress. The fact that only random fiction separates doesn't mean that there's no point in appreciating how some of us are setters and some of us are weimers. Me, I'm a Chihuahua.
