11. Wouldn't Watkins phone photos have ID attached?

I'm not a security expert, and I only know what I read on DU.

However it's clear to me that some cellphones capture the GPS info as part of the ID signature on the photos and videos that phone takes. If Watkins' phone were to be examined, I'm wondering if investigators could determine whether he was there.
