(8,418 posts)The Capitol Police officer who fatally shot DOMESTIC TERRORIST Ashli Babbitt AT AN INTERIOR DOOR OF THE US CAPITOL DIRECTLY OFF OF THE HOUSE FLOOR WHERE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WERE PRESENT has been formally exonerated after an EXHAUSTIVE internal investigation, according to a US CAPITOL POLICE department memo obtained by NBC News. MONTHS AGO, THE OFFICER WAS ALSO EXONERATED BY THE METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE US ATTORNEYS OFFICE. THIS INVESTIGATION WAS INTO THE USCP POLICIES, AND AGAIN, HE WAS FOUND TO HAVE VIOLATED NONE.
The officer, whose name has not been released, FIRED ONE ROUND IN DEFENSE OF MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, CONGRESSIONAL STAFF AND HIS FELLOW OFFICERS THAT STRUCK Babbitt. SHE and a VIOLENT mob of other DOMESTIC TERRORISTS SUPPORTING DISGRACED FORMER PRESIDENT Trump WERE TRYING TO forcefully enter the HOUSE CHAMBER DURING THE INSURRECTION on Jan. 6.
Video of the shooting showed Babbitt in front of a crowd of TERRORISTS LAUNCHING HERSELF THROUGH A WINDOW THAT THE TERRORISTS HAD SMASHED OUT LEADING DIRECTLY to where members of Congress were being evacuated FROM the House CHAMBER WHILE DEBATING THE CHALLENGE TO ARIZONA'S ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTES THAT WAS BASED ON A LIE.
The Justice Department announced in April that no charges were being brought against the officer. The exoneration by the Capitol Police wraps up the last remaining investigation into the incident.
A memo from the commander of the Capitol Polices Office of Personal Responsibility says no further action will be taken in this matter after the officer was exonerated for use of force IN PROTECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND DEMOCRACY ITSELF.
The Capitol Police did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
