It's rare that any doctors aren't vaccinated.
I'm stressing out now with the knowledge that a big chunk of our nursing staff could leave when our company decides to mandate the vaccine. Our docs have been trying so hard to convince the staff to vaccinate. But, lots of nurses believe they have the secret privileged knowledge about covid and the vaccines.
If we mandate the vaccine in our organization too soon, other similar organizations could take our nurses who would quit. So I see why our agency hasn't mandated the vaccine.
However, it's only a matter of time. I am terrified about what will happen when Pfizer is fully approved. Will my coworkers jump ship? If so what will happen to our patients.
