Yes, we are. The firehose of disinformation not available 24/7 in times past make this feel like an impossible situation.

I honestly don't see how to live with and around QAnon/Trump cult types - not safely and not without losing integrity by ignoring or placating their bullshit. I wish they would leave and create that floating libertarian utopia Peter Thiel envisioned years ago. Though I fear what they would do to make our oceans even more polluted.
