18. That is happening all over

Especially nursing homes that rely on Nurses Aides to run the facilities.
Unfortunately, in this Country, Nursing homes are staffed with lower income, often minority men and women that are paid crap wages. Those also happen to be the most likely to be vaccine hesitant.
I have a lot of contacts with these facilities through my job, and I can tell you it is happening as we speak. As more and more places are mandating the vaccines, the more workers are realizing that there crappy wages can be made somewhere else. Somewhere that the vaccines aren’t mandated. Hell, in many small towns (which rely on Medicaid to finance the facilities), many of these workers can make as much, or more at a convenience store.
