26. Too small a gene pool.

No I'm not talking "inbred" - as in her parents are related. I don't mean THAT. I see that look around eastern Kentucky too. People marry in the same basic region for so many generations that the gene pool tightens up. I've seen the same thing in parts of Ohio too. I supposed it happens in a lot of more rural places.
