The guy, u/Sloppyicescream had a total "Karen" and her husband Ken next door and decided his goal in life was to mess them up.

Sloppy has a great writing style, even though it does include a good amount of profanity. I've started on his Gunfighter Dad series about his experiences with his sons. I probably won't get into his military stories since I have no experience to relate to that.
