"...Muscular rigidity, slowed movements, shuffling gait, and stooped posture are also relatively frequent in people with Alzheimer’s disease. Delusions, psychotic behavior, agitation with aggressive behavior, and hallucinations may occur, but only in 20 percent of individuals. ..."

Romney may be showing early signs of late-onset Alzheimer's. It's a terrible disease and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy (my mother has it) but Americans have a right to know if Romney is afflicted with it.
