Second of all, it was a puppy. I've been around dogs all my life and can tell when a dog is acting aggressive. That wasn't an aggressive run, that was a playful puppy run. The dog was running up the officer to make friends, and the officer killed him for it. But hey wonder why police get no respect huh?

I used to deliver phone books and can't tell you how many times I had run ins with all kinds of dogs. Yet I always seemed to get by without ever getting bit or shooting someone's dog (hint, it involves situational awareness and respecting that this is the dog's territory and I am an intruder, also respecting the dog for protecting his family and their property. Good dog.), and I can't help but wonder how19 year old college boy me with no gun and no police training can do it, I wonder why these officers can't.
