Name any huge company with more than 10,000 employees and I can guarantee there will always be some jerks who work there.

I always leave a tip too, but their drinks are so pricey that my husband and I only get Starbucks

Starbucks doesn't pay that well. My future daughter in law works there...they suck on all levels.

I order black/plain coffee too. But I do tip at most places with a tip cup. Don't go often.

It doesn't encourage employers at all. Whether you tip or not, they won't pay a decent wage.

All the specialty coffees ☕ are made individually so that's why they get a tip. nt
