(2,566 posts)3. My dad is a Navy vet, worth a few million dollars
and is a LIFELONG DEMOCRAT! He earned his money working blue collar jobs off the sweat off his back and knows how Republicans have tried to screw over the working man since back in the 50s when he was first eligible to vote.

Dad: I'm polar opposite. Mom was apolitical; don't know if she ever voted. She was moderate I think.
