We're not Mommy, who gives allowances to her kids who behave. Let's pay people for jerking off, too. They could have raped someone, but they didn't so let's give them a reward. If you want to have universal basic income, do it, but don't be handing out rewards to people because they acted like any citizen should act. People should be expected to act lawfully without getting rewards.
