Poor idea and even poorer incentive. $300 a month to not commit violent crimes in SF!?!? A one bedroom apartment averages over $3,000 a month in San Francisco. I live in San Francisco and I know my drug dealer makes about $1200 per day in cash when he’s working. No one gonna stop hustlin’ for $300 a month in San Francisco.
