10. Oh, I had such fun with those guys

There was one regular who was talking about homosexuals, and I said that homosexuality is seen in animals so by definition since it ws happening in nature, it was natural. He said that God gave man dominion over the Earth, and man's sin covers the Earth which causes what looks like sinful behavior in animals. "So, there are two gay male monkeys going at it right now... I mean GOING AT IT... and it's my fault?" He chose to ignore me after that, but everyone now and then, I would yell, "Tell us about the gay monkeys, damn it!" I became known as Gay Monkey Man on campus.

Years later, I went to a talk by James Randi. I was the fourth person in the room. Randi was setting up, and there were two people my age. We looked at each other with quasi-recognition, and they asked, "Are you... Gay Monkey Man?" That piqued Randi's interest so I got to tell him the story. He laughed.
