(132,306 posts)all cubed. Then add pumpkin seeds. These things are all green. Then i add some cubed old cheddar (amt. according to diet). That is it. I toss it in blue cheese dressing (the kind you find in the refrigerator of the grocery store - I use Renee's. Use whatever dressing you want but blue cheese really goes with pears, I think you can get it in low calories). Then you toss all these green things in two tablespoons of the blue cheese dressing. There should be a bit too much dressing. Then lay out some mixed lettuce (twice as much as you want to eat) on a huge plate. Top with your blue cheese greens. Mix a bit. Serves one. You'll be full. Make sure all your cubed green things and cheese are big enough you can stick a fork it them.
