Nixon sabotaged the Paris Peace Talks, and promoted a "secret" plan to end the Vietnam War -- by bombing Cambodia while Agnew took bribes in the VP office.

Reagan sabotaged hostage negotiations with the Iranians, then allowed secret sales of military goods to them.

Bush I's DOJ pardoned administration officials for their criminal complicity (courtesy of William Barr) in the final days of his administration.

And on and on and on...
