(34,407 posts)14. the past 20+ years has been one hell
of an education in what I never knew I didn't know. So much so that if something isn't real today, it isn't real. Not much to see with that viewpoint, but I'm thinking it's good for sanity purposes.

Outside of RICO, aren't most indictments specific to individual acts, not patterns or series of acts

Judges rarely make sentences consecutive, so it probably wouldn't make much difference
