34. This raises a lot of questions. Why the delay

in reporting him missing? How old was he? How soon after giving his notice did he disappear? Same day? A few days later?

Even if he was there only a few months, he must have known people there, either before he moved there or after, like coworkers, neighbors, places in the area where he shopped, etc. Did he have a car? If so, is it missing? If not, did he use public transportation or get rides from someone? Did anyone show or post photos of him?

Did police take the reports of his disappearance seriously or just shrug it off by saying he's an adult and free to go where he wants without telling anyone?

What is the racial atmosphere in the area like? Tense? Could he have been the victim if a hate crime?

So many things to know about him and look into in order to find out what happened. The week time lapse would make him harder to track down, too.
