Where corporations and government join to control markets and squeeze the citizenry. It is inverted because the government is Not in control but the corporations are.

It's not really socialism because socialism usually, but not always, puts the power in the hands of the masses.
Though honestly a lot people do identify it as socialism for the rich. No economy is really all one thing anymore.
I think we definitely aren't a real capitalist country because capitalism usually doesn't include giving handouts to the rich.
