5. Don't feel bad. I'm a Christian and some of MY folk on FB are over the top for me too.

I didn't leave though, I take a lot of breaks from it.

Because I can point out how that "dogma" you pointed out is against what Jesus taught and that they are not following God's path any time they are "hating, hurting, abusing anyone in God's name".

I've been asking them "How can Robme be 'God's' candidate if he has to lie, cheat and steal the election to win?" I ask them to point out any place in history where GOD supported a candidate like that for leadership. There HAVE been leaders and religious leaders as well that were real scum, but doesn't mean God was happy about it either.

I know this makes little to no sense to a non-believer, but it's giving my relatives a hard ethical dilemma. I point out the flaws in politicizing their faith which gets more insane as this specific election goes on.
