have promoted the same view as your post.

But even I am beginning to think that there is enough evidence to press charges against several of these people, Trump included. The documents and statements that have been made public seem to me to be strong enough evidence.

I hope that DOJ is not holding back out of concern over a possible violent reaction to charges and prosecutions of these characters because violence and government overthrow are just as likely from them if they are not prosecuted and convicted.
