They are doing amazing work & it's because of them that it's all succeeding.

Musk? He's a jerk. IMHO he shouldn't be in a position where he can unilaterally decide, all by himself (as the OP implies, I don't know exact details) to do things like move corporate operations. I would get him out of corporate management & give him something like an advisory position on the board. He could advise but his advice could be disregarded by those who actually make the decisions.
