about the self reporting and symptoms. Not that I discount that there were some symptoms - with some patients. But - if you 'prep' people for the shot with tales of, "knocked me out for 24 hours" - then is it any real surprise that a lot of tales of woe are going to be subsequently forthcoming? Self fulfilling ....
