I don't know why IBD is so screwed up, but it is. A week or two ago they had a pro-Romney result that was wildly out of line. Today they have a good poll for Obama, but with Obama trailing in the South region by only 1%, which doesn't seem credible. They just seem to have an erratic method, somehow.

But even if a poll is flawed, up is better than down. It is at least mildly indicative of diretcion
