Halloween comes from All Hallows' Eve'n (All Hallows' Evening).
Also, spouse reminded me that Ween is short for Weenie, used in slang for Penis.

So basically, because their cult thinking never goes past 1+2=, they're asking if we want to change Halloween to Jesus Penis.
