the knowledge and education required to drive and engineer, (operate) a pumper, or an aerial ladder is so far beyond Trumps mental capabilities, he could never it achieve it if he studied daily for the rest of his life........

And, if a Doctor or cop heard most anything of what Trump said, they would insist that a 72 hour psychiatric hold be placed on him.
