Or is that just a step to try and get bi-partisan support?
Although, I did read that it would go to the full House for a vote after the Committee votes Tuesday night. Then delivered to the US Attorney for a decision. (We would assume he would consult with Merrick Garland before making a decision to send to the Grand Jury?)
