but this seems especially callow ...

(But to be fair - the conversation/segment - was perhaps a bit more nuanced than the headline that accompanies it. The impression gained there is that Rice would like to put a lot of distance between herself and Donald Trump. And probably wishes that for the party as well. And, in the end, I find her measure still - wanting.)
