I am a Head Start Teacher/ Family advocate and believe it or not this is also happening in pre-school programs even though all the information that we have regarding how children learn points to the fact that they learn through play!(Particularly at this young age) Not to mention the fact that I am so busy assessing that I barely have time to teach at all!
