Conspiracy to commit fraud against the government, to obstruct a lawful government function. Abuse of power, obstruction of justice. Fraud against the American people, and when you consider who is harmed by those actions, it is all of us. It isn't whether or not TFG can assert executive privilege, or who gets a subpoena, or whether the rhetoric pre jan 6 rose to the level of incitement as defined in a law book. Why does everyone just ignore the treason standing in plain site?
