(7,549 posts)They also brought up the Rev Wright with President Obama! So why should Mitten's Momonism get a pass?
A person's relgious upbringing may or may not influence the way they look at life and make decisions. The "May" possibility in that equation, however, is what makes a candidates religion fair game to study in an election.
What I want to know is does Mittens think his first job is to uphold the BOOK OF MORMON, or the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES?
It is the same question I would want to know of a Protestant or a Catholic, what is your first priority defending the BIBLE or the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES?
I would want to know the same thing of any other candidate of any other religious affiliation as well.
Can they keep church and state seperate? If they can't then they have no business running for President. So religion is fair game for political discussion. JMHO.
