Kirschner is not a pundit. He is a former prosecutor. Are you saying you've never heard of him? My bad then.

ON EDIT: I don't come here to fight.

The essence of what Kirschner says in his podcast, that I anxiously await daily, is that justice delayed is justice denied. The deterrent effect of indictments is diminished if not lost when it is delayed overlong, as in this case. And provides a roadmap and incentive to future would-be dictators.
