Once I hit the part about "a bird that looks like a parrot perched on his shoulder" my eyes darted around to see if the link was to the Borrowitz report. Trump has unleased a new level of idiocy on this country, that sometimes it's difficult to tell whether you're reading outlandish satire or about reality.
