(40,374 posts)34. If I was just by myself, the 900 square ft home would be very doable
If needed for babysitting, I'd have to go to their homes which wouldn't be an issue. The only issue would be lack of yard space as my garden and orchard here is twice the size of the lot that the small house with unattached garage is located on.

Those are neat, but paying permanent lot rent that can greatly increase is not.

To me this "tiny home" idea is just living in a trailer. Give me an airstream any day...nt

I wonder if at a park you are allowed to block the home and remove the wheels to protect them.
