we will see...but he went to the place with a loaded gun, and it seemed that he wanted to hurt someone with that loaded
gun, (rifle) and guess what? This fellow killed 2 people with that loaded rifle.
Do you suppose that this fellow will fool the jury? .
I don't think so. No matter what the judge says, or the killer says, I don't think he has fooled anyone. Has he fooled you?
...He will not fool the jury. Not in my opinion.
