Not separate incidents.
He was charged with and plead guilty for rapes he committed when he was 17. He was initially sentenced to "interim probation" with conditions (not "parole" ). He violated one of those conditions by accessing porn on his computer. So he lost his "youthful offender" status and was subject to being sentenced to actual jail time.
He should have been sentenced to jail time.
But to the extent that the post to which I replied suggested that the matter before the court was different than the rapes he committed as a teen, it is mistaken.
