I'm a bit older, so this rhetoric on race war reminds me of Charles Manson and his 'helter skelter.' It was sick then and it is sick now.

The quote that 'got' me here is, "What his trial ultimately proved beyond a reasonable doubt is that white supremacy is the only law that truly matters, the one organizing principle of American society that provides grounds for any action taken in its name.”

Go back to 2011 and I would have thought you were crazy if you told me things like this would be happening in just ten years. I honestly, at that time, thought we were better than this.

These fucks are actually going to try and foment a civil war. And, sadly, the thing about it is THEY WILL LOSE, but it will be bloody, costly, and will hurt every single family in this republic. But a whole bunch of these armed and dangerous Nazi brownshirts will be dead at the end of it, that's for sure. Too bad a bunch of us will be too.

You know, racism is ugly. It was ugly in 1621. It was ugly in 1861. It was ugly in the reconstruction. It was ugly in WWII. It was ugly in Jim Crow days, and it is ugly now. It just sucks that people can even think that way. But the people who do may find that most of us don't and that when push comes to shove, we will be willing to fight for what we believe in.
