6. The rw got their claws into to the Rittenhouses

when a guy named John Pierce offered to represent Kyle and wouldn't need to be paid by them. Not surprising a family with little money would find this a godsend. Then Pierce got Lin Wood involved and they started fundraising for, not to mention grifting off, Rittenhouse's defense. It has snowballed from there.

Richards has been trying to extricate Rittenhouse from being used by the rw since he became Rittenhouse's lawyer.
