22. While that's often true, I actually hate that rule-of thumb.

Explaining shouldn't be losing, it only turns out that way because of stupid and ignorant perople who don't want to think things through. Republicans take advantage of that ignorance against Democrats all the time.

It's a win, of sorts, when Democrats can play that rule against Republicans, but I still hate what it means about having to work around the stupid way so many people think.
