He got off in the short-term, but I don't think this will go well for him in the long-run. This will haunt him for the rest of his life. There will be civil suits that will suck up years of his life, along with any money he'll ever have. And, he'll spend the rest of his life having to look over his shoulder, knowing that there are a lot of people out there who hate his doughy ass, including some who might want to take the law into their own hands the way he did. It's just a matter of time before his right wing sugar daddies get bored and move on from him, too. He'll have an entire lifetime, but I'm betting it's not going to be a pleasant one.
