46. Science wins. It always wins. So when a doctor or other medical expert says to do this or do that,

to avoid getting sick, to avoid literally dying, a normal person would do so w/o hesitation. And they would encourage others in their orbit to do the same, get vaccinated, masks, etc.

Why is dealing w/ COVID any different? Considering that these trump nuts consider COVID a hoax, there sure are a lot of them dying or getting seriously ill. All because their nasty/nazi leader rump told them to, told them that COVID is a hoax, etc., despite numerous medical experts saying otherwise. Some leader, eh, who has totally forsaken his followers and went into his hidey hole in NJ or Florida, coward that he is.

There are better ways of demonstrating their values, instead of dying but I don't think they're listening (like protesting?). Stubborn as a mule (or worse). Too bad, it'll kill them and a lot of their circle of friends (if any). I've already had one ex-friend who died because he thought that COVID was a hoax, and several of us tried to convince him otherwise. He's dead now.

Perhaps the dying is a good thing, for what else are these people capable of doing, since they so willingly go about possibly infecting others, bringing serious illness or death to others who want nothing to do w/ COVID. This is what scares me more than anything.

Has it gotten to the point where big chunks of society will not listen to anyone, regardless of what they say or do, that they are so hateful of others that they don't care?
