3. Why keep a job that

sucks, has low pay, and requires you to listen to endless abuse, from customers and managers usually when there are other jobs available? For the first time in a long time, workers have a little bit of power, so maybe we'll see some better pay and conditions.

From people I know: a lot of places who want part-time help also want them to be 100% available...so no getting a second part time job. But, most of those people have been able to find full time work recently with better pay. The places that are not finding staff are the worst places to work it seems.
