Crisscrossing the coastal area and hammering Abbot on his failure to provide Texans the basic necessities when they're absolutely needed in crisis. Hammering Abbott on the shell-game legislation that fixed nothing.

Electrical grid failure in Feb was not the last illustration of this as Abbot spoke in August of possible rolling blackouts due to summer usage.

And Abbott's now responding... looks like it's beginning to stick.
