7. Too early in the morning to have to look things up in the dictionary

However, katisocracy is a pretty good word, certainly in our present situation. See, I already forgot the definition but in essence it’s the rule by the least competent. I’m sticking with easy words till I fully wake, have some coffee, or just go back to bed. The joys of being retired; I could decide to do any of those.
