3. After reading this whole story, it's clear this killer needs to be in prison until death.

He's totally broken, and not repairable. He has an attempted murder conviction while in prison. Got 10 more years for that.
He also got into trouble after the prison found syringes in his mail. Got 4 more years for that.

He never had a chance with those fucked up parents, either.

Terrible. Two young lives destroyed.
