It is especially critical for military commanders to not be susceptible to horseshit conspiracy crap. If he believes this stuff, he is not fit to lead others. He's more of a threat and danger to his crew.

These leaders need to be grounded, stable, of sound mind and having good judgement.

*** However, it may be valuable to study him and learn how to deprogram him from cult beliefs.
