Article, doesn't indicate how they are diluting it.

If undiluted, they will be in the ER in short order because it will burn their mouth and esophagus.
If properly diluted, not much will happen.

Bleach at less that 10% dilution is actually "safe" to drink. It probably is not good long term, but is not going to kill anyone.
