claims to tradition, and what eventually is called PR, slow rolls out through political tools' 'rules' of obstruction as "democratic process," and growing white male power as "tradition" -- because their rules equate with boring old rule of law.

Criminalizing of Black Americans is okay under the Thirteenth Amendment, Section 1:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Bottom line, what more is needed to keep white men on top but the loophole that has been used to criminalize (black codes, repeated protest assembly arrests, jaywalking, loitering, sleeping in a park, etc.) non-white Americans, even convict children as adults.

This law makes government a menace for all non-white non-male Americans, under fascist white supremacists.
