The $150,000,000 allocated to LaGuardia is going to be spent in upgrades to the project and any ongoing repairs, and the $55B for the MTA will be funded through congestion pricing.

Anyone sneering at $25,000,000,000+ in infrastructure funding for NYS is perfectly free to do so. But most of the NYS Congressional delegation, our Democratic governor, and the outgoing and incoming Democratic mayors of NYC are probably smiling all the way to the bank.
